Celebrating the magic moments on your golfing journey

Golf is about more than just playing in the big league. It's about savouring the tiny joys and victories, staying connected, and being more proactive about creating small moments of happiness on the course. Whether your goal is breaking 90 for the first time, getting that ever-elusive hole-in-one, or becoming an integrated member of our family, I am here to help you find the best route to more magical moments, better social experiences, and a ton of extra fun.

If you're someone who started out playing with a rusty old club found in your dad's garage; or even a long-standing member who just holed a 10-foot birdie putt, I want to know about it. Let's remind ourselves, that this is a journey of a lifetime, and I want to be there every step of the way.

We had a successful Golf Tour to Hawkes Bay on the east coast of NZ's North Island. We were privileged to play on the Cape Kidnappers course, which has international recognition on many world Top Course lists.

Borey leads the way to lower scores and more fun!

The gentleman making the backswing has had an amazing month. Borey has been slowly reducing his scores and consistency all year.

He had an interesting weekend last month. On Saturday he shot an average round of 97. The very next day he played and shot a 77, 20 shot improvement.

This is what believing in yourself can do. Trusting that your on the right path with technique and equipment, staying positive.

Amelia Garvey conquers the bunker shot!

The Bunker shot photo is of Amelia Garvey. She is in her final year at the University of Southern California. Ranked #1 in the USA in Women's Golf.

This particular shot finished just inches from the hole for an easy tap in par.

This week Amelia was recognised in the New Zealand Golf Awards as the winner of the Female Amateur Golfer of the Year!

No better place to be than here

Big "thumbs up to this group of keen golfers that turned out for the Irons Clinic on Friday.
Caddie Billy Foster looks back on one of the most memorable moments from his time on the bag alongside golfing great Seve Ballesteros, when a slice of fruitcake bizarrely threatened to steal the show during a big head-to-head with Nick Price.

Here are a couple of success stories, from some of our golfers who have been working on their long-term golfing goals over the past few weeks:

Brent, has been practicing chipping into an upside down umbrella on his back lawn. He keeps score of how many he gets in from different spots. Dave and Jo, cut out some golf holes on their property, and did a really good job. They even named their course the Corona Country Club – I love it!

A couple of weeks ago, Mathew and I were playing a few holes on the course. After a poor drive he played a nice pitch back into the fairway. Then a 3rd shot down the fairway to 50m from the green. The 4th a well struck pitch landed short of the green and ran in the hole for a par!
